Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Times
Many of our products are personalised or handmade to order. Please check the individual product page for the estimated processing time before ordering but we usually aim for 3-5 days. Processing time is the time required to make your order and is separate from delivery time.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service. The delivery options and postage costs available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Personalised Orders
Please check all names, dates, spellings and other personalisation carefully before submitting your order. Your item will be made using the information supplied when ordering.

Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
